Kendi was also super nice when I asked her about using these pictures! I think Blythe and I texted each other in all caps talking about how nice she was. Yeah that's what happens when we get really excited. Excited=finding comments on the blog, new followers, emails from bloggers we look up to. Stuff like that (and that's only the blog related stuff). Yes, we know we're weird.
So I started thinking about how I could make my own version of this outfit because I read on some other blog somewhere (sorry I forgot! I would link the blog if I remembered) that some fashion guru said that to get out of a style rut (though I may be making that part up. I don't remember exactly how it goes), find inspiration and then try to recreate that look with your own wardrobe. So that's what I did. And people, I tell you, I literally GASPED out loud when I realized that I had the items to pull this look off! That's how excited I was! So enough chatter. Here is my take:
Sorry for the picture quality. I was forced to use my auto-timer.
Cardigan: Delia's
Dress and Shoes: Dillard's (?)
Belt: Abercrombie
Scarf: Vintage
But besides the unfocused pictures, I feel very accomplished (if I haven't put you all to sleep). The outfit isn't exactly the same, it just has the same elements, and it's very me. And yes, this outfit was supremely comfortable.

Amazing outfit, my dear! That scarf seals the whole deal for me. If it wasn't vintage I'd run out and buy it or steal it from you. :)
