This was a rather interesting EBEW round. I, Charlotte, saw the theme of floral and got all excited thinking, "Oooh I LOVE floral! This will be so great!" And then I realized that a lot of what I thought was floral in my closet really isn't. Like, instead of flowers, the print on a sweater of mine is really olives. Olives! What? Don't get me wrong, I love that sweater to death, but olives is a bit random. I've decided to just accept it as a celebration of my Greek heritage.
Anyway, as Blythe and I were discussing this theme, we both ran into the issue of amount. We both wanted to include a lot of floral in our outfits, but weren't sure how to do that without looking like crazy garden flower people. There's no other way to describe the scary combinations you can come up with when you combine too much floral. Trust me, I've tried it. So we both realized that, at least for these two outfits, less is more! So that's what we went with!

And since we missed Musical Monday, here you go!
We don't usually pick songs that have to do with fashion, but Blythe was absolutely dying over the outfits in this video, so we had to post it!

I love the chunky sandals, and the floral with the purple is such a great mix!
