Today's edition of Times Two is brought to you by Handbag Heaven! When Handbag Heaven contacted us about styling two of their bags, we were so incredibly excited! If you've been reading our blog for awhile, you might know that this is the first time we've ever been part of a project like this, so it was kind of a big deal! Anyway, we decided that we would style these outfits in sort of a fall-transition/back to school way.
Blythe: Bag: c/o Handbag Heaven
Shirt: Charlotte Russe
Skirt: Forever 21
Shoes: Target
This bag is so pretty! Sure, the quality isn't great, but right when I got it in the mail, I knew exactly how I wanted to style it. The bright red with the shiny gold chain reminded me so much of fall that I just had to go and find some picturesque scenery with leaves everywhere. This shirt also just felt perfect with the entire outfit, because, hey, let's face it: what's an outfit without a pattern of foxes incorparated into it?
But anyways, enough small furry animals aside, this bag is so cute! I love how it's the perfect size to fit the essentials: phone, lipgloss, ID, iPod, and a small (very small) puppy.
Because everyone needs a puppy.
Everyone.

Charlotte: Top and Headband: Urban Outfitters/Skirt: Gap/ Scarf: Target/ Shoes: Payless/ Bag: c/o Handbag Heaven
Inspired by my bag's color, I (Charlotte) decided to go for a mix of bright and dark colors for this outfit to mix summer and fall. My yellow skirt is probably the most summer-y piece I own, and this light, braided headband is pretty close. The dark pink shoes and blue top were the perfect dark pieces to balance out the bright skirt, and the scarf and bag added a bit of fall color. I have to say, this is one of my favorite outfits. Ever.
Though Blythe's bag did have a few problems with the quality, the quality of my bag is just fine. As you can see, I've been using it as a school bag, though it might be a bit small when I need to carry more. I don't have to carry as much right now because classes have only just started, but I hope I can keep using it. EDIT: Since publishing this post, my (Charlotte's) bag has also had some quality issues, as the strap has been falling off multiple times over the last few days. Though I think this might partially be caused by the amount of stuff I have to bring to class, Blythe's bag has had the exact same problem. I won't be able to use it for class anymore, because the strap is unreliable, but also because it's now too small for the huge amount of binders, etc. I have to bring (8/29).
Thanks so much to Handbag Heaven for this amazing opportunity!

Note: We were sent these bags for free from Handbag Heaven to style them, but we'd like our readers to know that all the opinions and words are our own, and that we've been completely truthful in both.
